Withdrawal Policy

Most withdrawals are processed within 24 hours, although additional processing time may occasionally be required.

LotusDeck reserves the right to update this Withdrawal Policy at any time without prior notice. Any modifications become effective immediately after publication on the website.

1. Withdrawal Authorization

The company operates a multi-level authorization system for deposits and withdrawals. All withdrawal requests must go through verification procedures in accordance with this policy and our Payment Details Policy.

2. Withdrawal Limits

Maximum withdrawal limits are:

·         USD 4,000 per day

·         USD 10,000 per week

·         USD 40,000 per month 

Equivalent limits apply for other currencies.

A withdrawal request cannot be processed unless at least one deposit has been made.

Immediate withdrawals after deposits are prohibited unless at least 200% of the deposited amount has been used in poker games and/or casino wagers. Withdrawals of casino free spins winnings are not allowed unless wagered by placing at least x40 amounts of such winnings as casino bets or at least x4 amounts of such winnings generate poker rake.

3. Large Withdrawals

For larger withdrawal amounts, LotusDeck may divide payments into multiple transactions to complete processing more efficiently. This will not increase any applicable withdrawal fees.

4. Verification Requirements

We may request explanations or documentation related to:

·         Identity verification

·         Payment method ownership

·         Source of funds

·         Source of wealth

·         Any additional information required for regulatory compliance

Depending on your payment method, we may request the following:

Credit/Debit Card Verification Copies of the front and back of the card used for deposits may be required. For security purposes:

·         Cover the middle eight digits on the front

·         Hide the CVV/security code on the back

Proof of Address Accepted documents may include:

·         Utility bills

·         Bank statements

·         Credit card statements

Documents must:

·         Be issued within the last 3 months

·         Show your full name

·         Match your registered address

Notarized Documents We may request notarized copies of documents when additional authentication is necessary.

5. Circumstances Where Withdrawals May Be Cancelled

We may cancel withdrawals and return funds to your account if:

·         Requested documents were not submitted

·         Identification documents are expired

·         Identity verification fails

·         Fraud, cheating, collusion, or money laundering concerns arise

·         Withdrawal follows player transfer abuse

·         Withdrawal destination differs from deposit method

If account verification is required, it must be completed within 7 calendar days. Otherwise, the withdrawal may be reversed.

Customers must immediately notify us if payment methods are lost, stolen, canceled, or changed.

We reserve the right to delay or stop withdrawals until all deposit transactions are fully approved.

6. Player Transfers

Player transfers are intended solely to fund gameplay activity.

Transferred funds originating directly from deposits or other transfers cannot be withdrawn due to fraud prevention and anti-money laundering requirements.

7. Bonuses

Withdrawals involving bonus funds are only allowed after all bonus terms and wagering requirements have been satisfied.

8. Fees and Currency Fluctuations

Banks or payment providers may charge withdrawal processing fees.

If our services cease in a specific country, reasonable processing fees may apply.

We are not responsible for currency exchange fluctuations between the withdrawal request date and payment completion.

9. Payment Restrictions

We do not accept:

·         Cash deposits

·         Third-party payment methods

·         Business-owned payment accounts

Withdrawals made within 24 hours of deposits through the same payment method may be combined into a single transaction.

10. Closed Loop Policy

Where possible, withdrawals must be returned to the original deposit method.

Minimum withdrawal amount: USD 25

Customers may withdraw back to their original payment method up to the total deposited amount. Any withdrawals above deposited amounts may be subject to further review.

If you cancel a withdrawal request, you accept full responsibility for any later use, loss, or transfer of those funds.
